Early Care Evolution makes it simple and easy to register. Click on the training you wish to take and you’ll be asked for some basic information along with payment information. Then you are ready to begin your training. Each person must register individually because a certificate will generate only for the register person. Click here to learn more about navigating the online environment.

All training courses are an affordable alternative to onsite classes. You may purchase all of your courses at one time and come back to take them later, or buy them individually when you are ready to take them.

Are you looking for flexibility and a schedule that fits your lifestyle? Are you looking to learn at your own paste. Are you able to work independently? Do you like to be responsible for your own learning? Online courses may be for you. If not, I also offer face to face training’s in a traditional classroom setting

Yes, all training courses can be used to obtain or renew your CDA credentials. 

Yes, after completing any training course, a certificate of completion will be available to print immediately provided all requirements have been met.

Participants taking these training’s will have an understanding of the development of children ages 0 to 12 years old, how to keep them safe, and how to effectively manage a daycare facility.

No, anyone who works with or care for children are encourage to take these training courses.

Online courses are none refundable.

However, participants can receive the full amount in the form of credit, which can be used towards another purchase. Participants can request a refund in the form of credit up to three (3) days after confirmation that your purchase has been completed, provided the customer has not started or viewed the training course.

Any request for a refund after three (3) days following purchase, or once the course has started, if approved, will receive a credit, which can be used towards paying for a future online training course. All Credits expires after 12 months.

IMPORTANT: Any course purchased at a discounted rate using a discount code will not be eligible for a credit of any kind. This includes a multi-course discount and a group discount. In addition, No course is eligible to be switched for another course, meaning you can not change a course once you are registered.

In any event Early Care Evolution cannot continued or rescheduled a training course, participants will be refunded in full.

Computer and Internet Connection:

You will need regular access to a computer with an internet connection. High speed broadband access (LAN, Cable or DSL) is highly recommended for the optimal learning experience.


Individual courses may have additional software requirements. This may include video or audio playing software. This information will be listed under the course description, if applicable.

Some courses require Microsoft word software and/or a PDF reader. This information will be listed under course description is applicable.

In some instances, it may be necessary for some users to upgrade their Flash or Java versions.

Supported Web Browser:

A graphical browser is required, such as, Chrome, Firefox, etc. In some instances, it may be necessary for some users to upgrade their web browser programs. Technical assistance is available.


Learners will need an email account that is accessible to receive communication from your instructor and other information regarding a course.

Tablets, Smartphones, & Mobile Devices:

While tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices may allow for some completion of coursework, they are not guaranteed to work in all areas. Please ensure you have a PC or Mac based computer available to complete coursework. We recommend that students do not attempt quizzes when using a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet, due to compatibility issues

Students’ records an information shall remain private at all times and only disclosed to the following: learner, instructor or staff with reasonable purpose, or person(s) or to an organization with written authorization from participants. Yes, as of November 1, 2019 Early Care Evolution became an authorized provider to offer CEUs.

CEU stands for Continuing Education Unit. A CEU is a unit of credit equal to 10 hours of participation in an accredited program designed for professionals with certificates or licenses to practice various professions. 

The primary purpose of the CEU is to provide a permanent record of the educational accomplishments of an individual who has completed one or more significant non-credit educational experiences.
