Early Care Evolution, LLC is dedicated to providing high-quality customers service to ensure our learners have the best experience.

Hours of Operation

Early Care Evolution training courses and website are available to access 24 hours a day. Early Care Evolution will make reasonable efforts to alert customers, by posting a notification on the website regarding planned or unplanned outages in services.

Early Care Evolution is available by phone between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. If it is after hours please send an email. All emails will be responded to within 24 hours in the order it was received.

Intellectual Property and Proprietary Policy

Any material accessed through or offered on www.earlycareevolution.com, including but not limited to website content, course descriptions, course content, and downloadable resources, are the property of Early Care Evolution, LLC. When accessing this website or making a purchase from Early Care Evolution does not permit ownership of material. Learners may download and use resources provided in Early Care Evolution courses or on www.earlycareevolution.com for their use, but may not provide them to other parties or incorporate them, into other materials or trainings.

This Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Early Care Evolution, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Unauthorized use, copying, modification, republication, duplicating or any other misuse is strictly prohibited.

Online Courses

Courses can be accessed within the My Courses section of the member dashboard. Courses are available immediately upon purchase. Online courses can be located at www.earlycareevolution.com under courses. Participants are required to know the basic of navigating online. Participants are expected to read all material, take notes, and complete all requirements. Participants will be monitored throughout the learning event. In the event, that you have not met all requirements stated above, you will not be eligible to receive credit for this course or a certificate of completion and you must wait 42 days before you can retake this course.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact your instructor for further assistance.

Account Policy

All learners must have individual accounts with a valid email address. When creating an account learners must create the account with the correct first and last name and e-mail, this will be the same information printed on a certificate of completions. Accounts cannot be transferred between individuals and training courses cannot be shared or transferred between accounts. Learners should not share their user information to log into their account with anyone. If you forget your password, you can reset it by going to member dashboard and clicking forgot password. If you need any other assistance with your account you can contact Early Care Evolution during regular business hours. Accounts may be deleted or disabled by Early Care Evolution for any reason at any time without prior notice to the account holder and without refunds.

Technology requirements

Computer and Internet Connection:

You will need regular access to a computer with an internet connection. High speed broadband access (LAN, Cable or DSL) is highly recommended for the optimal learning experience.


Individual courses may have additional software requirements. This may include video or audio playing software.

Most courses require Microsoft word software.

In some instances, it may be necessary for some users to upgrade their Flash or Java versions.

Supported Web Browser:

A graphical browser is required, such as, Chrome, Firefox, etc. In some instances, it may be necessary for some users to upgrade their web browser programs. Technical assistance is available.


Learners will need an email account that is accessible to receive communication from your instructor and other information regarding a course.

Note: While tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices may allow for some completion of coursework, they are not guaranteed to work in all areas. Please ensure you have a PC or Mac based computer available to complete coursework. We recommend that students do not attempt quizzes when using a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet, due to compatibility issues.

Technical Assistant

Early Care Evolution provides technical assistance, resources, tools, and support for participants of training courses. If you need additional instructions or assistant navigating the online environment please give us a call (770) 347-7030 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.


Early Care Evolution, LLC accepts all major credit cards through our secure website.

Return Policy

Online courses are none refundable.

However, participants can receive the full amount in the form of credit, which can be used towards another purchase. Participants can request a refund in the form of credit up to three (3) days after confirmation that your purchase has been completed, provided the customer has not started or viewed the training course.

Any request for a refund after three (3) days following purchase, or once the course has started, if approved, will receive a credit, which can be used towards paying for a future online training course. All Credits expires 1 year after being issued.

IMPORTANT: Any course purchased at a discounted rate using a discount code will not be eligible for a credit of any kind. This includes a multi-course discount and a group discount. In addition, No course is eligible to be switched for another course, meaning you can not change a course once you are registered.

In any event Early Care Evolution cannot continued or rescheduled a training course, participants will be refunded in full.

Monthly Planner’s 

Participants may request a refund for monthly planner’s up to 30 days.

A pre-paid label from USPS will be provided via e-mail for any participant who requests a refund. Participants will have to pay a 30% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

If participant would like to request an even exchange because of a defected planner there will be no extra charges.

IMPORTANT: Before participants are issued a refund the planner must show it was shipped and returned to the designated location.

To receive a refund please e-mail [email protected] Subject Line: Credit Request, In the message box please enlist: Your first and last name, reason for return, the purchase date, and order number.

Shipping & Handling

Free shipping may take between 2-9 days from the date it is shipped to arrive. Tracking numbers can be located by logging into your account.

Learner’s Requirements

Early Care Evolution requires that the participant read all material, take notes, and complete all the requirements of the course before starting the assessments. Assignments and all other requirements set should be completed by the participants who registered for the course which should be the name on the account.


Read the course material, agree to our Honor Code (included in each course), complete all assignments and then complete and submit Test. Assignments will remain pending until trainer review and grade it. Trainers have up until 48 hours to review and grade all assignments from the day you submitted it. You must make a passing score of 70% on the test to receive credit and a certificate of completion for taking a course. Note: You will have two attempts to take and pass the test. Failure to receive a passing score on test on the second attempt will result in no certificate, or credit and you will be unable to take the course again until it expires, in most cases 42 days. NOTE: There will be no extra attempts giving to retake a test under any circumstances.


A certificate of completion is available immediately, provided all requirements have been me. Certificates issued and printed from the website are official only if they are signed by the learner who’s named is on the certificate and they are unaltered. Certificates may not be reproduced, shared, or transferred. In the event of any dispute over certificate authenticity, the determination of Early Care Evolution is final. Early Care Evolution reserves the right to verify certificates for third parties, including but not limited to professional associations, state licensing bodies, and corporations, but will not provide or discuss any customer data beyond what is necessary to establish the authenticity of a certificate. If you need to reprint your certificate please log in to member dash board, click “notifications” and click “view full certificate.”  If you do not meet all the requirements and if you do not pass the test you will not be eligible to receive credit for a course or a certificate of completion.


A transcript will list all of the training courses you took with Early Care Evolution and credit received. A transcript can be requested by emailing [email protected] or during normal business hours 9-3 EST, M-F 770-347-7030. There is a fee of $10. Please allow 3 to 5 days to complete your request.

Honor Code Statement

All associates of Early Care Evolution are expected to uphold values of integrity, respect, and responsibility. Our values are defined as:

  1. Integrity – acting in an honest and ethical manner
  2. Respect – honoring differences in people, ideas, experiences, and opinions
  3. Responsibility – accepting ownership for one’s own behavior and conduct

Misconduct includes but is not limited to:

  1. Plagiarism, including any representation of anyone’s work or ideas as one’s own.
  2. Cheating, including any actual or attempted use or possession of resources prohibited by the Trainer(s) or those that a reasonable person would consider inappropriate under the circumstances, and/or any actual or attempted effort to assist another participant in cheating.
  3. Double submission, including any submission of work for more than one course without expressed permission.
  4. Fabrication, including any forgery or creation, misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized alteration of documents, records, or credentials. This includes, but is not limited to, the inclusion of false information on any official form or document submitted to Early Care Evolution.


Early Care Evolution requires that the participant read all material, take notes, and complete all the requirements of the course before starting the assessments. Assignments and all other requirements set should be completed by the participants who registered for the course which should be the name on the account.

Consequences of Honor Code Infractions:

Early Care Evolution cannot issue credit for a course unless all coursework, including assessments and assignments, were completed and done solely by the participant whose name is on the account. If misconduct is brought to the attention of Early Care Evolution, we reserves the right to investigate and require further documentation from the participant to determine whether misconduct has occurred. In such an event Early Care Evolution will use its sole discretion to determine the outcome of any misconduct, if the participant is found to be dishonest in any way no certificate of completion or credit will be issued and other action may be taken.

Note: Early Care Evolution, LLC require that all learners to adhere to the honor code before each course.

Trainer Responsibilities to learners

  • Trainer is responsible for providing current content on all course offered.
  • Trainer will respond to participant’s inquiries within 24 hours (M-F).
  • Trainer will keep participants information confidential.
  • Trainer will provide constructive feedback on the quality of participants work throughout the training within a 48 hours’ time frame.

Professional Standard & Non-Discrimination Policy

Early Care Evolution, LLC maintains a high standard of professionalism and shall not discriminate against learners, regardless of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, marital status, political opinion, trade union affiliation, social group, ethnic origin, or any other status protected by law.

All references to “applicable laws and regulations” in this Code of Conduct includes all local, national and international laws, codes, rules, directives, regulations and treaties.
